My most used app
I love to meditate and do pranayama. This app is so awesome because my own internal counting never stays even throughout the duration of my practice. I tend to slow down over time. With this I dont have to worry about it. I can also see my progress and work slowly and systematically towards a longer khumbaka (breath retention). All wonderful things!!! Thank you!
The one thing I would love to see is a more detailed version of my time spent at each level. Id rather know exactly how much work Ive done. 1-3 hours and 3-8 hours are way too general for categories. It might also be nice to connect with others who are practicing.
